Warren treated me as a customer with the upmost respect & did not talk down to me because I am a woman. All work done to the vehicle was clearly discussed and my time waiting was actually enjoyable. During my wait a lady older than myself came in with a tire issue & so did a gentleman with a tire warning light he was worried about. Although I was pretending to do my work on the computer, I actually saw Warren & his staff treat these two other customers with the same level of kindness and respect as myself.
