I brought my car in with a dying battery about 20 minutes before closing. He said I could leave it overnight and they would replace battery first thing in morning. As I was walking out, the guy came up to me and said they had a mechanic that would stay a little later and replace the battery for me, since it shouldn't take that long. KUDOS to that employee for stepping up and giving great customer service. It saved me the hassle of getting a ride to work the next day, etc. Or for having to go somewhere else that day to get a new battery, which is what I probably would have done. - Libertyville, IL
