Jessica greeted me in a friendly manner. I sat outside while waiting on my vehicle, since it was so beautiful outside. When she came out to look at other vehicles, she would ask if I was doing ok. She has exceptional customer service skills. Will serviced my vehicle and came to me with two concerns about my vehicle one being the air filter and the other being the uneven wear on my tires. He showed me how they were wearing and suggested that I get an alignment to help with this. He was very informative and nice. You have a great team at the Richmond Hill location. Kudos to all.
