I have not had excellent customer service in years until my visit at this location. I was extremely impressed by the service I received. I was immediately greeted by an enthusiastic employee. He explained everything and set realistic expectations. The manager was very personable and immediately answered my questions. The technician was very friendly and helpful with making a recommendation for my brakes. The manager and technician did not mind me getting the additional work done although it was getting close to the time the store would close & avoiding me having to come back later. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your service. I appreciate each employee I came in contact with and I could tell they wanted to be there to work and assist the customers. Keep up the fantastic work guys!!! You all deserve an award for customer service in a world which seems to have forgotten about being friendly & helpful.
