Jose is a true asset to your business, he puts customer service as his no 1 priority and he is honest and backs up his words. I had a problem with the shocks. He took care of it, told me he had my back and he did take care of it himself. The shop is down several mechanics with no bay available and me under a time constraint. He pulled out a jack lifted the car just outside the garage and worked on it himself until he got it right and apologized for the trouble. Not only that, he inspires his entire team. They all came out to help him do whatever he needed to take care of this problem. I have been dealing with him for years and believe me he is committed to customer service. Little did they know, the lock for my tires wasn't in my car so I was able to run over to the bmw dealership at 5pm and the team still waited For me and completed my tire before 6pm.
