I panicked the other day. Not a normal part of my personality. I accidentally damaged someone else's (my roommate) car by clipping the end of the wall in my driveway. The tire was punctured, and the rim was slightly damaged too. I felt awful, panicked, and couldn't think straight. My first reaction was to call Mavis, because the tire was leaking air. I am sorry I did not catch his name, but the man who answered the phone, helped me, was kind, patient, and had my problem virtually resolved within minutes. This incident was not “normal†me, and his “customer service†went above an beyond. He is not only good at his job, but an exceptional person too.
