It took just a few minutes to make my appointment over the phone. Dropping off the car was fast and easy. They verified what services were being done and gave me an estimated time for pick-up. They called as soon as the car was ready (right on-time!). Picking up the car was easy as well. Ray went over what they had done and reviewed the measurements from my inspection. It is very helpful that he mentioned that my brakes passed inspection but I should keep an eye on them and they might need to be replaced at some point this year. It is nice that no one pressures you into getting things done if they are not necessary, but they keep you informed about what might be needed in the future. That great, honest service is what keeps me coming back every year. Ray was super helpful. All of your employees have been wonderful. I always recommend your shop to neighbors and friends.
