We had a emergency where we had our new tires with us and cords showing on all our tires on the vehicle and our spare was already on the back right and we ended up getting a partial slice that was fast leaking on the front right tire and needed the new tires mounted and balanced DESPERATELY! With only 20MINUTES TILL CLOSE THEY MOUNTED OUR NEW TIRES FOR US EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD TO STAY A TOUCH PAST THIER ACTUALLY END TIME!! Extremely professional and courteous and caring!! Austin was our technician and when he heard what was going on he was more than happy to help us out and make sure we could get back on the road! This establishment and the manager and Austin the technician were our ONLY HOPE!! EVERYWHERE ELSE WOULD NOT DO IT!! I can not say enough good things about AUSTIN and his professionalism, how he carried himself and how much of a genuinely great caring person he is! Your company is extremely lucky to have him as a employee and I hope it is recognized how wonderful he is. I own my own business and know how hard it is to find quality employees and if I owned the company I would give him the opportunity to excel forward and keep him engaged so he doesn't get bored and go elsewhere down the road because he is a very smart guy from hat I can see as I have a degree in automotive diagnostics and repair.
