He listened when I called, checked for the needed part; came back off hold promptly to report the part was not in and to offer to call a few suppliers who might be open and able to deliver on a Sunday morning. He called back promptly to say he found one, and gave me a notion of how long I might have to wait. In the end, he u set-promised and over-delivered, salvaging my day, my wallet and my mood.
