My visit was a good experience for me. I drive a "work van/k" which is full of my tools. I need to have it running all the time. The 2 hours it took for the front brake job.... was well worth waiting for.... much less time than would be consumed more tools in and out of my Van and arranging other transport to my Job Site. I found Bob, my Service Advisor, to be a very pleasant young man with a very professional atitude. I found the Mechanic that worked on my Van/Truck to be very pleasant also... with a very professional atitude. He obviously takes pride in his work. I could see that in his face... when he handed me back the key to my Van. I am a 63 year old tradesman [Carpenter/Builder]. I have a high level of appreciation for people who know their Trade/Skill.
