Everything went as planned. Joe was great as I came in without an appt for a brake job. He explained there were a few jobs ahead of me. He felt bad that I would have to wait for hours so he gave me a ride home. When he called to say the car was done, I told him I didn't have a ride to get there. He didn't hesitate and said I'll be there in 10 minutes. Now that is excellent service!!! I also corresponded with Kevin after the technician went over the vehicle. Kevin reviewed everything that needed to be done as well as answered all my questions so I completely understood what would be done and the costs behind them.
