The tech I was working with was very empathetic to my situation. I had a terrible experience across the street at another shop and I was on the verge of a panic attack because new tires were not planned for. The competitor actually caused damage to my tire when all I needed was an oil change. I barely made it across the street with how quickly my tire was losing air. I was greeted promptly and I was given the breakdown of everything. I was given multiple solutions to my problem and went with the one that will help me in the long run. He treated me like a person and was looking out for my best interest. I will come back if I need any services in the future!

I really like the manager's customer service skills and knowledge. Just as a side note the filter in the water filtration dispenser in the waiting area annoyingly goes off every minute as you wait for your vehicle.
