They were amazing. My daughter and I were on our way to a concert and we got a huge blow out on our tire! We literally slide into Mavis and they were so polite, kind and understanding of our situation and said they would do all they could to help us get to our destination! They did it!! I was really satisfied. The two people who helped me were extremely hospitable. My fiance' got a flat last week and I was finally getting new tires, but as I was coming here the donut went flat. My antitheft nuts key was not working so I had to go to Toyota to get them to take it off, and when I came back they took me immediately and were extremely hospitable and helpful since this was such as stressful day. Also the guy I talked to (bad with names sorry!) was very honest and did not feel like he was trying to sell me stuff, which made me more relaxed in choosing things. Overall great experience, will be coming here again. - Nashua, NH
