He went way above and beyond any expectations I would have had for a discount tire store. His kindness came through the phone and calmed me down from my panicked phone call that we got two flat tires so late in the day. He talked me through what they had available, gave me a quote, and scheduled me. As I was panicking, the longer we were waiting for the tow truck, he stayed calm during each call and assured me the tires were there and waiting. It was super busy when we arrived at 5:30, but he and his employee worked so hard and got everyone back on the road.
