I'd like to commend the employee/mgr, Alejandro, for being very intuitive to the patience that is sometimes difficult to have while your vehicle is being worked on. He let me know the status during the process, and beyond that, he is a very kind person. Every client that came in he was respectful to and seemed to offer an alternative if he wasn't able to accommodate at that exact moment. We as customers tend to want it all, and immediate gratification too, and the reality is that it's just not doable. He was working with a short staff, apparently a delivery snag, and did everything he could to accommodate, and I, for one, am just grateful that he was the "guy behind the desk." - North Port, FL
