While I waited for my vehicle, I saw several, unscheduled, walk ins, late in the afternoon who were treated with great courtesy. An elderly gentleman who works down the street pulled in with a flat. The shop was extremely busy and the crew was able to change his spare in just a few minutes while scheduling his replacement tires for Monday.
