The location at 5185 Hamlin Groves Trail is always super friendly and helpful! I walked in without an appointment for a battery check because my car was hesitating to start. They immediately took my car in, checked the battery, and diagnosed the battery needing to be replaced. They needed to order it from their warehouse because they didn't have the one I needed on hand. Within an hour and a half of my walking in, they had a new battery installed, and I was ready to go. Love this store and think they are an important staple in our area!! - Oakland, FL
