He called me promptly with an estimate, explaining the costs of each part & service, and pointed out other issues that will need to be addressed and the urgency of each. When I picked up the car, same thing, he explained everything, showed me the discounts that were applicable, and ensured I was happy with the work. Rick was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
