Compliments to two of your stores. This morning, I visited your Deerfield Beach location looking to replace a tire on my vehicle. My time window was limited due to a flight this afternoon. Although the Deerfield Beach location was unable to meet the time window, the salesperson took the time to call the Boca location and see if they could be of assistance. Jordan at this location is the best thing you have going on the south Florida market. He advised it would be no problem to get the tire changed by the time I needed to leave, and kept me updated throughout the process. I watched him interact with 8-10 customers that entered your store while I waited and with each one he was helpful, informative, and professional. Additionally, the tech (I did not get his name) was aware of the time situation also and was motioning to me through the window as the work progressed, and he completed everything in a timely manner.
