Let me start off by saying, WOW. This is the type of service I received on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Mavis Tires and Brakes. A friend of mine recommended Mavis Tires and Brakes located at 17325 Dona Michelle Drive. Based on her experience, I decided to give this location a chance to repair my vehicle. When I called, Brandon answered the phone in a polite and professional manner. He scheduled a same day appointment and sent me a confirmation email with a code for check-in. When I arrived at Mavis, I was greeted with a smile and treated like a human. I was also pleased to find the waiting area in mint condition and the seating arrangement adhered to COVID-19 guidelines. Shortly after checking in, Jayson met me in the waiting area and introduced himself as the individual who had inspected my brakes. Jayson was courteous and respectful as he explained the type of repairs my vehicle needed, the length of time and the fees. Jayson left me wondering, how come I've never met an auto mechanic like this before? All of Jayson's traits made me feel at ease and value the type of service I received.
