I come to Mavis because of prior experiences I have had with service advisor named Jason. He always goes out of his way to give me the fairest deals possible. I am a single mother who is always worried about auto repair businesses taking advantage of me, and have even dealt with other employees at this Mavis location who I felt were trying to take advantage of me, yet after complaining to Jason, he resolved the situation. I always shop around for the best price and sometimes use competitors coupon and he always accepts them and gives me the fairest deals he can. Now when I need to repair and maintain my vehicle as well as my son's vehicle, I always ask for Jason because I know he is fair and trustworthy.
