I was very pleased with my experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful, patient in explaining things because I know nothing about cars. Was taken in immediately (I did not have an appointment), and the work was completed that afternoon. The manager was very helpful and worked to find me reasonably priced tires. I don't know what the fees for the other things should be, but I felt that I could trust this shop and did not feel like I was being ripped off. I felt they were sincerely concerned about my safety in recommending the new tires and brakes. I will definitely continue to patronize this shop. - Pendleton, NY
