I was very happy with my appointment at Mavis. I have had many tire issues in the past and always heard how in some cases the tires can be patched but in the past at various locations my tires have always had to be completely replaced regardless of the issue. They were able to help get my tired patched and thankfully save me on an unnecessary new tire. I will definitely be coming back. In addition, I was originally schedule to arrive around 6 PM (with the store closing at 8:30 PM) but I got delayed at work and did not get to the store until around 6:40 PM. I was worried my car might not be able to be fixed in time and was so happy that it was able to be fixed that night. I truly appreciate all the help I received. - Plandome, NY
