Harry detailed every aspect of the process and explained what was transpiring during the entire procedure. Harry made sure I felt comfortable and was educated on how the service would be done and how long. He kept me informed and the entire time showed impressive customer service skill as well as analyzing my needs , articulating what needed to be done and why, how I can get the best out of whatmy car needed and how to maintain my vehicle to full effectiveness. His calm , professional polite, concerned demeanor added to his effective service and reassured me I could trust the company and communicate effectively all my needs to make sure my service was complete. Harry listened courteously to everything I said, was friendly and caring about my problems and made sure he attended to every aspect of the situation I was in with my car. This is so important because other people have not addressed the issues properly and caused me more problems. When I spoke to Harry it was immediately evident he had the entire situation in control, took pride in his position and wanted to represent his company in the most auspicious manner. He was smrt, understood his job and knew every detail of the company protocol and was able to quickly articulate and communicate to me what I needed to know. Vertoshia and anil that both helped me were amazing! and my tire tech chris did an outstanding job on my car as well. sadly last week i had to go there also and albert and nate were amazing helped me get through with this stressful time with laughter and comfort. this mavis in great neck has outstanding ppl. i can see why this mavis is always so busy now , and its because of people like the ones i mentioned. I dealt with Ruben the Service manager when I first walked in and let him know that I needed work done on my brakes.He is professional and easy to talk to.He asked me to have a seat while they brought my car in and put it up on a lift.Kenny was the mechanic who worked on my car.He showed me what needed to be done and answered any questions that I had.Ruben gave me estimates for different options of upgrading the quality of the parts that would be used.My car was ready when they told me it would be,and their estimates are more than fair.Kenny did an awesome job,and I would definitely recommend them. - Pomonok, NY
