I have been bringing my vehicles to Mavis for some time now. Once while driving away in my vehicle i had to turn around to compliment Mavis on service provided. The current service was necessitated when my BMW 135i no-spare vehicle blew a tire unexpectedly on a Saturday just after noon. Calls to other tire vendors proved depressing as no one carried the "special" tires installed on my vehicle. I had the car towed to Mavis hoping that they could at least provide a temporary repair so that I could drive it home. To my surprise, the service advisor expressed confidence that he would have a suitable replacement, as, in his opinion, the tire was not all that exotic. He, indeed, not only had the tire, but it was a step up from those installed on my car. Not wanting to install one new rear tire on my vehicle, I purchased and had them install two rear tires. My past experience with Mavis, the staff proved to be competent, knowledgeable, and courteous. Talking with the SA, it was clear that he is someone who is not only knowledgeable with respect to cars, but appreciates them. He also is sensitive to those factors that go into satisfying customers Mavis has demonstrated to me that they deserve my business. I was very pleased that Mavis could look at my car on a busy Saturday, late in the day, on short notice, and most pleased that they had a tire in stock that put me back on the road.
