Kudos to the entire staff! This is my 6th time plus visiting this shop and I plan on many more! AJ the manager is to be commended for the way he handled the continuous amount of customers coming into the store as I watched and observed the way he handled each and everyone with total respect and professionalism. That included answering the continuous ringing telephone without showing any frustration at all!! That fellow is a keeper and is given Kudos in my book as being a manager that most companies would love to have representing them and their business. If I could give this store 10 stars… I would not hesitate! I also observed AJ show respect and sensitivity to the really hard working technicians who without doubt seem to love their jobs.
