Took my vehicle in to have tires checked. After tires were checked, they informed me of another issue, that other issue could've possibly ended in something far more costly and possibly gotten me and my family badly hurt or worse. I suspect the issue was there for close to a year. The worst part about it is that my car had been looked at by other mechanics, including the one who passed it for inspection, and the issue was never found. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and make my time without a vehicle as comfortable as possible. Not knowing a whole lot about the ins and outs of automobiles, it would be easy to take advantage; with that said, my trust in auto mechanics is minimal. Scott's addition to NTB is top-notch!
