Great hospitality! The facility was clean and smelled good. The building was laid out beautifully so the customer pathway brought you right through all the tires, but ended you up at the smiling man, Howie! The bathrooms were clean and smelled good. Mike, the tech, made sure to wave me down, speak to me and discuss everything I wanted to be done with the car. I thought this was above and beyond what he had to do, as it reassured me as a customer about my car as he was the only one that was working on it. Regardless of being a lone wolf, he mounted, balanced, and installed back on all 4 brand new rims and tires and I could not be happier with him doing it in less than an hour. I would come here over and over, and hopefully can develop a great relationship with their manager as he seemed amazing!
