I was mislead by woman at call center. She had my newer car model and address etc. Ended up going to the wrong place. BUT NOT GEUMPY ABOUT IT. Malcolm and Dan went above and beyond to help me. They were honest patient and 💯percent customer service. This is why I bought tires from you with my previous car but made a choice due to work on this car. Never again and you can give that credit to Malcom and Dan. Not the call center woman at all. If they had not make a not good situation so complete from start to finish.
