I have had more than a handful of situations where the dealer "could not detect" the nature of my complaint and sts quickly identified and resolved the problem. I have been having a problem w my car for almost 2 months now - the dealer said it was fine - I mentioned to the STS technician the sound of been hearing and they quickly discovered a had a cracked axel and was under warranty - as I was leaving for a 1400 mile trip in 2 days and no dealer could "get the part" STS discovered that they called my dealer and was getting the part in 24 hr-- needless to say the dealer got a wrath and suddenly have the part and will fix - also two technicians drove my car w me to help ID the problem and one also as a courtesy drive me to work so I could leave car Also 2 days prior I had a problem w low tire pressure and Dwayne immediately found there was a calibration problem w my computerized display and fixed for free 5 min before closing I was also at STS a week prior to have a headlight bulb replaced - they said maybe 45 min and 10 min later they were done !!! I have been to Pennington STS at least 5 times this year and they have always been amazing As a single working mother with limited time they have always gone the extra mile to be accommodating , reasonably priced and finish on time if not before Highly recommend this location !!! - Rocky Hill, NJ

On the receipt we received it was noted to return to STS to have the lugnuts retorqued.This info was in red on the front. Previous receipts had this on the back in very faint writing.This is the first time I noticed this requirement.
