I cannot say enough positive things about Jeffrey. He is respective and polite not only to customers, but his staff, and in turn his staff is the same. I have to admit I was skeptical bringing a 2009 Escalade with over 200k miles into this shop. The dedication and communication Jeffrey and his staff have to do a perfect job is incredible.
