I was very stressed as my car had died in the center lane of the NYS Thruway. They were so understanding, so helpful and informative. I dealt with Noah first who totally got how upset I was and explained all to me and then to Dominic to let me know that my car was ready and what they had done to get it ready for me. I felt like every staff member cared. While I sat and waited for my car I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were so respectful to all and took the time to explain all. I had no choice but to go to this Mavis shop due to my troubles, but I am so glad that I did. I do not live in the area, so I do not expect to return but if I lived nearby I most certainly would.
