I was there before the store officially opened and greeted pleasantly. The gentleman listened to my situation, took the keys, went and checked the car. Returned inside...created the paperwork and then asked if I would be patient while they opened the shop...then he would get the car in. THAT WAS AWESOME, he never once acted like I was bothering him...a true customer service person.
