I had picked up a sharp razor blade sized piece of steel in one of my tires last weekend. I called and spoke to the manager, Chris, after I checked online to make sure they carried BF Goodrich tires. The tire for my car is a special order and he told me he could have it in by Monday (today February 3rd) so I made an appointment at 1:00 pm. They took my car as soon as I arrived, put my new tire on after balancing it, and checked the air pressure in my small spare in the trunk for me. Chris was very professional and I was satisfied with my purchase. He is an asset to your company. - Rubonia, FL
