I NEVER fill out surveys. The service personnel were excellent. Patty was supremely attentive and proactive in her service. After calling her from the road with a “check engine†light on, she met me in the parking lot to assist me, knowing that I had a long trip ahead of me. I was called and given a progress report, before they began the wheel alignment. When the mechanic was not able to align the the tires due to a tie rod that needed to be replaced, he called and explained why. He was also thorough and polite. I have opened two business's and been in hospitality management for over 4 decades. The treatment that received as a customer that day was as good, and genuine, as I have seen. I often take time to thank the parents of employees that I have worked with because after all they are the ones that “trained†them. True, but congratulations to your management team for selecting, and grooming your people for success. Superb service!
