My tire was going flat quickly after picking up metal in tread and both locations were “too busy†and “closing in an hour.†I over inflated tire and still barely made it back to Rincon location where I live. They were about to close but very helpful as they have been in the past. The last time I tried using Pooler locations for my sons truck, I received the same poor customer service. I'd hate for other locations to give the good ones a bad reputation. - Springfield, GA

I was very pleased to see that they were honest and genuine with me. They didn't pretend it took longer to fix my truck than it did when they could have. They initially told me it would be longer than it would be and it would probably be around $800 but they called me and let me know they got it done sooner and charged me $300 less.
