Many years ago I encountered Bob at Tuffy. At that time I was a single mom who was just sure there were lots of things wrong with my brakes on a van I had recently purchased. Bob reassured me that my brakes were great all the way around and sent me on my way. He could have easily taken me for a whole new brake job, but he is honest and I appreciate his integrity! About a month ago, I knew I needed new tires, but I thought, I really thought, something was bad like a tie rod or something. Nope, again Bob and the guys sent me on my way to get tires (I have a tire connection, or would have bought there). I appreciate this more than you could ever know.
