I truly appreciate Nate (Tallahassee location), who was able to accommodate me, even though I didn't have a scheduled appointment. Nate was very thorough and provided as many discounts as he was able, given that I needed all 4 tires replaced on my F-150 truck, which is 21 years old. Nate was very good about keeping me informed throughout the day when he discovered further issues involving brake pads and ball bearing joints that needed replacement. Despite current economic conditions that are causing an uptick in prices and costs of labor and materials, Nate made it possible to offer all the work provided at a reasonable cost and was able to complete the work in just several hours. I was able to drive my truck home that day - almost as if I'd purchased a new vehicle. Nate did very well. - Tallahassee, FL
