This was my second visit to this store, and I was as pleased as I was the 1st time. As someone who works with many people, here is why I think they deserve my continuing patronage: Every person made eye contact. Every person asked if there was anything else I needed. Every person was beyond polite and engaging. The mechanic and manager not only made sure I knew what was wrong with my car, but how it likely happened. People checked in on me with updates as I waited. The experience, as a whole, gave me a secure feeling that my car, my investment, and myself were in safe hands. I recommended all my friends and family. On a side note: your shop is very close to 4 schools and a retirement community: occasional senior and teacher discounts; "Senior Day: "Teacher Appreciation Day" - The Villages, FL
