I really didn't know what to expect when I walked in with needing 2 front tires on my car. When the very polite assistant (Maria) wrote me up, I immediately knew I would be in good hands. Well, 10 minutes into my visit, Maria came out to explain a safety issue on my car. Apparently, one of my wheel studs & lug nuts were bad & driving my car home wasn't safe. I don't know much about cars so she really did a great job explaining to me what was going on. I called a friend to come pick me up so they could work on my car the following day (it was almost closing time). I was very impressed with the knowledge of the workers at the front desk!
