There were other customers, and I noticed that they were also treated as courteously and timely. I also spoke to a fellow working on another car's brakes. When I asked him where he learned to do brakes, he proudly answered he taught himself! Kudos to him. Then there was Joe(?) that despite him saying he hadn't had his coffee yet, he was also cheerful and double-stepped everywhere he went. I was impressed with everyone's can-do and helpful attitude.
