Dear Mavis, I have been a customer of yours for quite some time. My friend Fred Lawrence who was a manager at the Somers Point, NJ store brought me in. I believe Fred is now working at one of your Florida stores. Anyway, I have to tell you, every single experience I've had with your staff has been a delight! I now go to the Egg Harbor Township, NJ store and I usually deal with Perry. He is absolutely wonderful! He is kind, professional, knowledgeable and very very patient. But, I also want to say this, his demeanor is SO wonderful. I just got my oil changed yesterday and sat in the waiting room. I could hear his voice from where I was sitting and I could hear how he dealt with the customers. He was amazing! His tone of voice was pleasant, he kindly answered everyone's questions and his temperament never changed. I was so impressed with this. I only hope and pray he will stay on board with your company for decades to come. He is wonderful!
