On this visit, I asked if they changed cabin air filters. I had the part already and he said he'd take a look to see if he could make the replacement. The Mini Cooper Clubman's process for changing the cabin air filter is not intuitive or easy yet he made it happen. I've been attempting the job myself for a year and he had it quickly done after a little research. Hats off to him. Great dude. - Wallington, NJ
