Hambi was amazing with our vehicle. We brought our MDX in for springs and an alignment. He let me know that the front passenger driveshaft and all the stabilizer end links needed to be replaced. Then we lost power because of the tropical storm. He drove 20 minutes away from the store and used his own phone to give us several updates. He went way beyond for us and we appreciate that. Mavis tire of Wayne has been doing regular maintenance on my 2015 Honday CRV for over 2 years now. Today’s unexpected car repair was an excellent experience, just as my regularly scheduled maintenance appointments always have been. My alternator failed today, while out doing errands ahead of the snow. Someone was able to jump start my car, and I made it to Mavis. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and called around to several shops to find the correct alternator for my car. Although I was in the customer waiting area for a few hours, I was impressed with how the staff went out of their way to make sure that I’d be able to leave with my car repaired.
