The tech I was working with was very empathetic to my situation. I had a terrible experience across the street at another shop and I was on the verge of a panic attack because new tires were not planned for. The competitor actually caused damage to my tire when all I needed was an oil change. I barely made it across the street with how quickly my tire was losing air. I was greeted promptly and I was given the breakdown of everything. I was given multiple solutions to my problem and went with the one that will help me in the long run.
