Kelly and Alex (Shop managers) were both excellent. They both had very positive attitudes and communication skills. They were short staffed, just like any business these days and neither of them let it effect them or the several customers who were waiting. Not one customer left upset even if they had to wait an extended period of time nor had a big bill to pay. All the customers knew what they were getting into thanks to Kelly.
