I started out as an STS customer going back at least 20 + years before Mavis brought them out. On yesterday, April 6, 2022, I introduced my wife to Mavis Discount Tires as she needed (4) new tires as (3) of her tires were balled. A gentleman met us & introduced himself as Mr. Kendale, Asst. Manager, he was very polite, professional, knowledgeable & was helpful in our making our decision on what tires to purchase. He advised us of the timeline when the (4) tires would be mounted and the front end alignment completed. He gave us a call when everything was done & we picked up the vehicle & my wife drove to pick up my daughter from her school & she called me excited that the vehicle was riding quietly & smoothly. I was very pleased to hear this as nothing is more important to me than the safety of my wife & daughter. Mr. Kendale only had (1) person working in the garage so his hands were somewhat tied but he was able to get the work completed in a timely fashion. The young lady who was at the front desk with him needs to get additional customer service training but he certainly was the bright light of the shop on yesterday. I can see he is definitely a tremendous asset for your company & I am sure your Store #0304, on Route 22, East Bound, Union, NJ is definitely in great hands & will definitely be prospering for many years to come with his attitude, knowledge, professionalism & leadership.
