I came to Tuffy's‘s a couple months ago through the AAA corporation. Tuffy's fixed my problem and I was on the road within an hour. I was treated fairly and pleasantly I felt comfortable there and that is why I have now come back to get an oil change. Otto, greeted me with a smile . I advise what I want it done oil change, he quoted two prices I advise which one I wanted. OTTO advised to please have a seat. The person that was going to work on my car got my car from the parking lot and worked and changed The oil. I was lucky as they started my job right away they were only minimumly busy. I was done with a half hour within a half hour. It was very fair price and I will be back again when my oil needs to be changed again. Other customers came in and Otto greeted them also with a smile. There are other car mechanics in the area and I am glad I have chose to come here both for the service that is reasonably priced and the staff is very pleasant.
