Charlie, the manager, was the nicest person, very personable and concerned by fixing my tire in accordance with state laws. I would highly recommend this Mavis location to anyone! He kept me informed of progress being made. Although I could have gotten my tire repaired at the local Ford dealership for free, I would have had to wait several hours in line to get it completed, plus I would have had to drive 30 minutes to the dealership. I've been speaking with Ty for the last couple days and she's so patient, kind, knowledgeable ... like A LOT; not only with me, but I observed her in two different scenarios after me.
