Charlie, the manager, was the nicest person, very personable and concerned by fixing my tire in accordance with state laws. I would highly recommend this Mavis location to anyone! He kept me informed of progress being made. Although I could have gotten my tire repaired at the local Ford dealership for free, I would have had to wait several hours in line to get it completed, plus I would have had to drive 30 minutes to the dealership.
