I had a flat tire and I was able to get the car home to put the donut on, this was Saturday. I work in Utica and live in Syracuse, I only had Sunday to get a new tire put on. My wife called, but was told they were all booked so I called and explained that I had the rim off the car and just needed to drop it off for a tire change and that I worked an hour away and didn't want to drive on the thruway on a donut. Tony was very receptive to my request. I dropped off the rim, he honored the price I got last year, and he called me 25 minutes later to let me know it was done. I am extremely happy with Tony and his crew who went out of their way to help me when they did not have to. - Westvale, NY
