We were on our way home (Eastern PA) after spending the long weekend in Pittsburgh for our daughter's graduation. We dropped a family member off at the airport and noticed a flat tire. We called NTB and explained our situation, knowing we would arrive close to the end of their day. They were professional, helpful, and timely. The team was great and kept us informed about the progress of our tire, which needed to be replaced. We were in and out in less than an hour and on our way. We were so relieved that they took care of everything and even checked the other 3 tires. Thank you to the two employees who helped us on 5/5 at 5 pm.
